Filling in Your Post Run Survey
The post run survey is an important tool for tracking your pain and performance over time. With the help of your running data, the app will soon be able to predict the risk of injury and fatigue.
After completing a run, you'll be prompted to fill out the post run survey:
- Energy level: On a scale of 0-10, rate how you felt after the run.
- Pain mapping: On a diagram of the human body, mark the areas where you felt pain.
- Pain intensity and categorization: For each body part marked, select the intensity of the pain and categorize it.
- Workout notes: If you have any additional notes about your run, feel free to enter them here. This field is only for you and your coach (in coach mode), so use it as you please.
By regularly filling out the post run survey, you'll have a better understanding of how your running affects your body and be able to make more informed decisions about your training.
